43 year old PIV boss Edwin Flowers passed away over the weekend but his death was not gang related, and not violent. Flowers was on a boat fishing near Blue Zen Resort off northern Caye Caulker when the boat experienced mechanical issues. Flowers then had two strokes, one on the boat and another after he was taken to the Split. ACP Hilberto Romero said that no foul play is suspected in his death.
