Husband stabs wife to death at work at BDF Camp

And we turn from that grisly murder scene to a shocking crime of passion that occurred just after 9:00 this morning. Three children are motherless tonight, after their mom 34 year old Michelle Belisle was killed by their father 39 year old Windell Emanuel Belisle. But this morning, BDF soldiers had to give way to investigators from the crimes investigation branch as the unthinkable did happen. Michelle Kelly Belisle a 34 year old, was stabbed 22 times by her ex husband Windell Belisle. Both worked as civilians on the compound, Windell as a driver and Michelle the manager of the canteen. She was well liked she manages the force canteen where the soldiers go for refreshment and so on. And so, whatever happened, whatever transpired in his mind to create such a heinous act... only God knows what occurred in his mind. With remarkable swiftness, Windell Emanuel Belisle also known as "Mouse" was charged for murder this afternoon - and remanded to the Hattieville prison. He is a former BDF soldier, and was re-employed by the force as a civilian driver. He is also facing a manslaughter charge - for a traffic death. Seven news has learnt that Michelle Kelly had gone to police just last week to make a complaint about him. And while her three children will now have to cope with a very difficult future, they remain in the custody of their step grandfather, himself a former BDF soldier....
