Police have detained a man pending charges of murder after he allegedly stabbed another at Tobacco Caye last night. Sometime around 12:00 last night, 36 year old fisherman Norris Lamb was inside a bar on Tobacco Caye singing karaoke when he was approached by another man, Robert Bradley. An exchange of words took place shortly after which screams were heard and both men ran out of the bar. Lamb fell to the ground just outside the bar; he had been stabbed in the center of the chest with a sharp fishing knife. Bradley, the man believed to have stabbed lamb, continued running and stole a boat that was moored on the caye and made his way to Belize City. This morning, Bradley handed himself to the police at eastern division and was today transported to Dangriga where he will be charged for murder.
