And on Saturday evening, fun at a bar also turned into a bloodbath in Corozal Town landing a 15 and a 46 year old in the hospital.
The 15 year old who received bullet wounds walked out of the KHMH this morning but 46 year old Winston Duheany is still in the hospital tonight recovering from injuries he received in the bar room brawl.
Police say the incident occurred at scorpion bar in Corozal Town where during an argument Duheany says he felt threatened and pulled out his gun and fired off a shot. That bullet hit 15-year-old Zenulio Cal in his right calf and that's when the bar erupted into all out brawl as police say Duheany was pounced upon and issued a sound beating by those in the bar. And so sound was the beating that his entire body was bruised, his right leg was fractured and his eye was bruised.
He is still in the KHMH tonight and that's not his only problem since police are also considering charging him for unlicensed firearm and ammunition possession.
