Sudden Seizure Leads To Deadly Accident

At around 9:15 on Holy Saturday there was a traffic accident, which claimed the life of 45-year-old Winston Smith.

Reports are that his son, 20-year-old Deshawn Smith was traveling on the western highway towards Belize City accompanied by Winston Smith who was sin the passenger's seat. Upon reaching the roaring creek bridge the 20-year old lost control of the vehicle and slammed into the bridge causing the older smith to die on the spot. Police believe that Smith lost control of the vehicle because he was having an epileptic seizure.

While funeral arrangements are made for his father, he has since been admitted to the KHMH and family members are planning on taking him out of the country for treatment.
