A security guard could be facing hard time for allegedly stealing a lifetime's supply of Viagra from the very place he was supposed to be guarding.

Sometime between Thursday June 10 and Friday June 11, someone broke into the warehouse of Pharmatek Incorporated at the Data Pro Export Processing Zone, which sits at the corner of the Burrell Boom road and the Western Highway. Stolen were 203 packets of Viagra valued at US $4,000, 93 packets of Lipitor valued at US $3,700, and other pills, amounting to a grand total of US $9,000.

And on the same day that the burglary was uncovered, police found 27-year-old Data pro security guard Orlando Cho, waiting at the junction of the boom road, right in front of the scene of the crime. Inside his bag, police found 6 packets of Stilnox pills just like the kind that had been stolen along with a blue ski mask. Yesterday in court, he pleaded not guilty to burglary and going equipped to commit the crime and received bail of $4,000. A company representative reported that Pharmatek sells the prescription drugs over the internet; they are not for the local market.
