And before those three were freed this afternoon, this morning another accused murderer did his freedom walk down the steps of the Supreme Court after Prosecutor Carlo Mason made another nolle prosequi submission.

Elbert Anderson was accused of the September 19th 2003 murder of Jimmy Williams on Central American Boulevard. This morning before Justice John Troadio Gonzalez Prosecutor Mason opted for a nolle prosequi. Again, no reason was given, but court sources say the main reason is an inability to find witnesses and to find witnesses who will testify. We note that in both cases today the case was shut down before juries were empanelled.
