An Orange Walk man is accused of stealing a car, then killing a 70 year old with the vehicle and fleeing the scene. Police have arrested and charged 22 year old Mark Cadle, 22 years for a slew of offences. Sometime around 8:15pm of Saturday September 11th, Police found 70 year old Dionicio Villar, 70 years dead on the northern highway. Villar was walking on the road near his home when he was struck from behind by a gold in color Isuzu pickup that did not stop. The same vehicle had been reported stolen from in front of a club in Orange Walk about an hour before. The man allegedly in possession of the stolen vehicle, Mark Cadle has been charged for manslaughter by negligence, causing death by careless conduct, failure to stop and render aid, failure to report a traffic accident, driving without due care and attention, driving with alcohol content above the prescribed limit, driving without a valid driver's permit and theft of a motor vehicle.
