Two men were seriously injured in stabbing incidents on Saturday night at the BTL park where hundreds gathered for a music and beverage festival. Englebert Reynolds was stabbed in the right side of his chest during a fight. Police rushed in, broke up the fight and rushed Reynolds to the hospital where doctor's found that he had a punctured right lung, and Dr. William Coleman had to perform emergency surgery to evacuate the blood that had accumulated in his lung.

And while he was being stabilized at the hospital, another set of young men got into a tangle at the park, resulting in another stabbing. The victim of the second stabbing is Kareem Tucker, son of a police sargeant. Best reports indicate that another young man, also a teenager, stepped on tucker's shoes and when tucker complained, the boy stabbed him in the abdomen. Police again sprung into action and took tucker to the hospital where he also had to undergo emergency surgery under the hand of Dr. Coleman. His pancreas was ruptured, and even after repair, he is reported in a critical but stable condition.
Shortly after the tucker stabbing, police detained a 13 year old, but he has been released without charges. Police say they believe that both stabbings were connected.
