Ical Charged for Mangar's Murder

Punta Gorda police have charged a man for the killing of fugitive Colin Mangar.

20-year-old Heminio Ical of Forest Home Village in Toledo was picked up by police and charged with murder as well as handling stolen property. Police believe the motive of the murder was the result of a dispute over proceeds of a number of burglaries the men conducted in Punta Gorda and surrounding villages. Mangar was killed after he had escaped from the PG Police Station.
