On Monday we told you about 74 year old Enrique Alamilla. He is the retired fishermen who was pistol whipped in a robbery attempt at a Chinese restaurant on North Front Street.
Today police charged five people including a 15-year-old minor for Monday's incident. 18-year-old Sherwin Locke, 19-year-old Dillon Bennett, 23-year-old Edwin Flowers, and 17-year-old Tyrone Young along with the minor have all been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. In addition Edwin Flowers, Sherwin Locke, and the minor are both facing charges of attempted robbery and wounding. Flowers faces a fourth count of abetment to commit robbery.
Sherwin Locke was in the news earlier this year when he was charged for home invasion of Brad's Store on Vernon Street.
