Tonight an older woman, a grandmother, is at the police station facing serious charges after she was busted with 12,000 firecrackers. The "dynamite" as they are called, ranged in size, shape and explosive power, including some high-powered, near industrial grade fireworks. Police believe they were brought in illegally from Melchor and Catalina Acosta was going to sell them. Acting on intelligence, police raided her home at #12 Mahogany Street where they made the find. She will face multiple charges of keeping explosives, a far ranging charge which covers everything from dynamite to C4.
