6 Years in Jail for Stealing $15

Yesterday, he was stealing $15, tonight, he's serving 6 years! Police found 38 year old Harrison Myvette underneath a bed yesterday. He had been caught in Joy Tenant's home on Fairweather Street where police responded to the call of a burglary in progress. He was dragged form under the bed and arrested while Tenant checked her purse. She found $15 missing and today before Magistrate Dorothy Flowers, he pleaded guilty to stealing it. Because he has a previous conviction, also for burglary, he was sentenced to 6 years in prison, and not the minimum 5 years.
