Said Perdomo's Gun Disappears from Police Evidence Room

It's one of the moist high profile murder cases Belize City has ever seen but police seem to have made a major bungle in the investigation into the killing of the Brannon brothers. 7NEWS has learnt that the force armorer Albert Ciego has reported to crimes investigators that Said Perdomo's gun was stolen from his office, downstairs of the CIB office at the Queen Street station.

Perdomo has never been charged, but because of his association with the accused whose guns were all reported stolen form their residences, police did ask for his gun for ballistics purposes. Well, the armorer reported that it went missing sometime between May 29th and June first. Press Officer G. Michael Reid said he had no comment.
