\"Kick Down Fence Crew\" Walks from Yarwood Murder Charge

p>On November 30th of 2005, 20-year-old Sherwin Yarwood was found murdered in a yard on Southern Foreshore in Belize City. Two weeks later police charged a foursome they called the 'Kick Down Fence Crew:' 28-year-old Terrence Bailey, 28-year-old Jerry Bush, 29-year-old Shinette Staine, and a 16 year old for the murder. At the time police said it was a drug related hit. Well today after seven months in jail all four accused killers were sent home. The order came down from Magistrate Dorothy Flowers who dismissed the case against all four due to insufficient evidence.

Yarwood was murdered on Southern Foreshore, a good distance from his home in the West Landivar area.
