A policeman is tonight in prison after appearing in Magistrate's Court on charges of dangerous harm. 24-year-old police constable Martin Bahadur was charged with dangerous harm in Magistrate's Court. The charge comes after Rudolph Sho, reportedly a BDF soldier, reported that he was stabbed to the left side of his hand. Sho told police that on Saturday July 22 had an altercation with Bahadur and two other men and was stabbed in the process. In court today Bahadur was offered bail in the sum of $5,000 by Magistrate Sharon Frazer. She had split the bail at first but she later changed it to one bail for which property documents in lieu of money is required. Bahadur was unable to meet bail and was remanded to custody.
