He took a stolen motorcycle to a repair shop and now 35-year-old Constable Osborne Arzu is facing a charge of handling stolen goods. On July 2nd Walter Westby reported his 1985 Honda motorcycle missing. The bike is valued at $2,000. Nearly 6 weeks later on Tuesday of this week, Westby saw his stolen motorbike at a repair shop on Ordonez Street. Police responded and learnt that the cycle was allegedly taken to the repair shop by Constable Arzu. The mechanic Julian Cito Hernandez told police that Constable Arzu took the bike there for repairs and told him to keep the cycle. Constable Arzu appeared before a Magistrate in courtroom number three and was released on $2,500 bail. He is due back in court on October 5th.
