Mark Alamilla Recharged for Bodden Murder

Murder charges against 23 year old Mark Alamilla were withdrawn last year. But today he was back in court, again accused of the broad daylight murder of mechanic Lloyd Bodden. Senior Magistrate Dorothy Flowers remanded him into custody until October 25th. Bodden was killed in February of 2005 at 11:00 in the morning, while he was working on a car on Ebony Street. Roger Anthony had also been charged, but that was withdrawn in the original trial. He has not been re-charged.
