He was wanted in connection with the 100 passports stolen from the Immigration Department and this morning Julian Gamos turned himself into Cayo police. On Tuesday night 95 of the 100 stolen passports were allegedly found stashed inside a lunch bag in a room which Garcia was renting at a residence in Cayo.

Garcia remains detained tonight and he joins two other detainees who have been detained since Tuesday night's discovery. Police have confirmed that one of those detainees is an Immigration Department employee. Police say an arrest could come as early as tomorrow.
