Shotgun Showdown on Rio Bravo Crescent

This morning at 7:30 there was a shotgun showdown on Rio Bravo Crescent, which is off Faber's Road extension.

19-year-old Ismael Locke was walking along the crescent when 21-year-old Gregory Johnson came up to him with a 12 gauge pump action shotgun and fired a single shot which hit Locke in the hip. From his hospital bed, Locke told police he knows Johnson very well and could not disclose a motive for the shooting. Police picked up Johnson this afternoon and charged him for attempted murder, use of deadly means of harm and dangerous harm.
