Months in Jail for Ball of Dutch Cheese

29-year-old Aaron Logan will spend the next six months in jail for shoplifting a $31 ball of Dutch cheese. Yesterday Sav-U security officers busted Logan with the ball of Gallo brand Dutch cheese stuffed in the front of his pants. He could have claimed that he had a medical condition but the supermarket's supervisor Victor Martinez says he saw Logan stuff something into his pants. Logan was detained and a search of his groin area turned up the ball of cheese valued at exactly $31.98. But that price didn't matter in court today where Logan was formally charged with theft. Logan opted to plead guilty and he was sentenced to six months in jail.
