Notorious car thief Paul Helmsley, a 39-year-old auto mechanic qas convicted of car theft and was fined three weeks ago but today he was back in the same court for the same thing with the same make of car! Today he was accused of stealing a Toyota Corolla from Marciano Pena on January 22nd of this year. The car had been parked at the corner of Vernon Street and Magazine Road.
