More Charges Piled on Escarpeta

Last night we told you that 21-year-old James Escarpeta was charged for Monday afternoon’s murder of Kevin Parks on Euphrates Avenue. Well today police piled on more charges on Escarpeta. This morning he appeared again before a Magistrate where he was arraigned for two counts each of attempted murder, dangerous harm, and use of deadly means of harm for the shooting of Charles Moss and Jose Pech. Both Pech and Moss remain hospitalized while Escarpeta has been remanded to the Hattieville Prison.

Moss is paralyzed from the waist down, but surgery has been postponed as he says he is regaining some sensation in his legs.

Police are still looking for Brandon Tillet who investigators say will be charged with murder.
