Alvina Barrera Found Safe in O/W Town

We have a happy ending to report in the case of a 12 year old girl who went missing on Sunday. On Monday we told you about Alvina Barrera who went missing from her home in Orange Walk on Sunday afternoon.

The family launched a desperate search and feared the worse but late last night the child was found. Alvina's family told us that she was found in the company of a 26-year-old male neighbor. He is on the run tonight while Alvina is in the care of grandmother in Belize City. A doctor's exam revealed that she was not carnally known.
