Tyrone Harris Recharged for Mark Tingling Murder

As a 16 year old in March of 2004, he was accused of killing Mark Tingling in his yard on Neal's Pen Road. But since then Tyrone Harris has been let off that charge twice: first by a hung jury, and second, by a nolle prosequi in the Supreme Court.

Well now, he's been charged a third time for that' same murder. The now 19-year-old Harris was re-arrested yesterday and arraigned for the murder of Mark Tingling this afternoon. He has been remanded pending another trial.
