27-year-old Andy Alford had just recently been released from prison, but on Sunday night, his girlfriend called police to pick him up again, this time on a domestic complaint. But today the very battered Andy Alford told us that when he got to the police station, he saw an enemy in the cell. He told us how it all went very wrong after that.

"They told me they were going to detain me at the station and I asked them why. They told me I should go into a cell and I told them that cell had in some of my enemies. They beat me up and put me in the cell. The other prisoners told them that they were outright chancing me. They just released me last night. I wasn't giving any kind of trouble. I just told them I couldn't go in there because of enemies I am familiar with and they still put me in there."

Explain to me that wound on your forehead. How did you get that?
Andy Alford,
"From inside the cell. It was inside the cell that I got this whap in my face. They didn't push me in, I walked in and they still whapped me."

How many stitches you have in your face there?
Andy Alford,
"Eight stitches and this is a life scar. This won't come out just like that. This is forever. I want justice because this chance they took of me. I want to press charges against the police who did this."
Alford has made a compliant to the Police Internal Affairs Department.
