A 58-year-old man was sent to jail today after he exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl. The child reported that at around 12:30 in the afternoon of December 5th, she was at her home when she heard a noise outside. She looked and saw 58-year-old Robert Howard exposing himself to her. Police arrested and charged Howard who was found guilty of the crime of exposing his person in public.
Howard gave a statement from the dock explaining that he Had stomach pain and was forced to relieve himself in his yard - within view of the child. A likely story, but this is his second charge for the same offence and Magistrate Roberto Ordonez didn't buy it. He was sentenced to 3 months in jail.
