Last night, you heard Ellie Martinez, murder victim Albert Castillo's mother say that her son may have been killed because of Joe Grind business. Well that definitely caught the attention of the ex-husband of Castillo's woman friend. But Jason Cain says he didn't do it. He was detained by police for the murder of Albert Castillo but Cain has been released without being charged. Jason Cain told us, it wasn't him.
Jason Cain,
"Well I just want to clear up my name from what I heard the guy's mother said last night about me threatening her son and I just got to know her son when I watched the news last night. I really didn't have anything to do with that. I have a restraining order against this woman for her to leave me alone and everything. So when I heard this woman had a man I was glad for this woman to leave me alone because I was getting harassed. So I just want this lady to know that I had nothing to do with her son. I just got to know who was her son and who was the man and everything. So it is just that I want to clear up with those people."

Police had detained you for the murder right?
Jason Cain,
"Well I am the lady's husband and thing so the policemen did their job and I was a suspect so I just went in for the policemen to deal with me to let them know I wasn't dealing with that. They held me for 48 hours, they did their investigation, and they decided they would let me go because I didn't have anything to deal with that. So that is that right now."

So you're not the angry ex-husband who came up and found a man in your house and killed him?
Jason Cain,
"No."
Jason Cain was released from police custody without being charged. Police are still investigating.
