On Monday night he opened fire on a group of people standing on Rivero Street and injured three young men, including a 10-year-old boy, and today the 14-year-old shooter was formally charged in court. We can't tell you his name or show you his face because he is only 14 years old, but we can tell you he is from Lord's Bank.
The accused shooter appeared in Family Court today where he was charged with three counts of attempted murder, 3 counts of use of deadly means of harm, and one count of aggravated assault. He was remanded to boot camp at the Hattieville Prison until May 17th.
He shooter injured 10-year-old Ashton Welch, 19-year-old Akeem Welch, and 21-year-old Sigmund Herschel Trapp. The motive for the shooting was reportedly a dispute over a stolen bicycle.
