Dangriga Woman Raped in Her Home

A 19-year-old female resident of Dangriga was raped inside her home last night. The victim told police that around 11 pm she was asleep in her home when she was awakened by a man who held a knife to her neck while he raped her. A doctor at the Southern Regional Hospital confirmed that she was sexually assaulted. Police are investigating.
