Rosado and his passenger escaped with only minor images but his $35,000 Mitsubishi Montero wasn't so lucky. It was totaled. But more than that, Rosado says he almost lost his life and he wants justice. He explained to us what caused the accident.
Yhony Rosado, Montero Totaled
"I saw a gold Prado coming out and so I started to blow my horn, thinking the vehicle was looking at me but he wasn't stopping. So by the time I got close, he just turned in front of me and so to avoid a collision I ran off the road and lost control and flipped about one or two times and me and my assistant here survived miraculously because we were driving about 55 miles per hour."
KS: What injuries did you receive?
Yhony Rosado,
"The doctor just said I sprained my clavicle and internal bruises. I am not worrying about my bruises, I am worried about the fact that the driver didn't stop on a major highway giving me way, even though I was blowing my horn. I am just concerned about the fact that people was coming out of their property in the middle of the road and they don't look left or right, they just come out. I just thank God I am live. I just want justice. If someone causes an accident, that person should pay. Whenever I get into an accident, I definitely will "
He says he has filed a report with the Police's Traffic Department.
