Two weeks ago an 11 year old girl came up with a terrifying story: she said she was kidnapped by two men and taken to an area near the Bird's Isle where she was raped. Well after a long investigation police say that's not quite how it went. Police have determined that there was no car and no abduction. The investigation showed that there was one assailant and he is 25-year-old Leonard Arnold Jr. He was taken to court today and charged with rape and carnal knowledge. He was remanded until August sixth.
