15 Years in Jail for Kermit Meighan

He killed a man and said it was an accident but a jury didn't buy it and on July 10th Kermit Meighan was convicted of manslaughter. Today was his sentencing and after a tearful plea for leniency, Justice Adolph Lucas gave him 15 years in jail. Meighan was accused of killing Lionel "Tuba" Gabb on February 27th of 2006 after an argument.
