In March of 2004 a jury convicted Patrick Robateau and Leslie Pipersburgh for four murders and sentenced them to death by hanging. The duo appealed their death sentence but the Court of Appeals has dismissed it and affirmed their sentence. Today the court delivered its written judgement. The former employees of Bowen and Bowen were convicted of killing Fidel Mai, Kevin Alvarez, Cherry Tucker, and David Flores on the night of June 18th of 2002. Pipersburgh and Robateau are two of the 7 prisoners currently on death row at the Hattieville prison.
