A 74-year-old farmer from Maskall is in jail tonight, accused of molesting a 6 year old little girl. He is Julio Cesar Guzman and today in court he was charged with aggravated assault of an indecent nature.
The child told police that on September 27th Guzman, who she knows as “don Julio,” gave her food and when he was done, he allegedly took off the little girl’s clothes and fondled her.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge but was still remanded to prison until October 17th.
