They were accused of the November 2006 murder of Dayan Gordon, but this morning Alfred Conorquie and Callum Sutherland walked out the Supreme Court free men after prosecutor Tracy Sosa entered a nolle pros motion. Sosa could not proceed to trial because her main witness, Austin Bennett told her that police beat a statement out of him.
