He was charged for murder but today Leonardo Casanova walked out of the Supreme Court clear of charges. Casanova along with Delford Slusher were jointly charged for the December 2006 murder of fisherman Jose Noe Barrow. Crown Counsel Douglas Carr entered a nolle pros against Casanova due to insufficient evidence. The case against Slusher will still go to trial. Barrow was murdered on December 4th of 2006 in the Conch Shell Bay area.
