In Seine Bight Village, police have charged a 20 old resident for sexually assaulting a 2-year-old girl. The child’s 22 year old mother told police that when she examined her daughter she found abrasions and scratches around her genitals. The child was examined by a medical officer who certified the injuries as dangerous harm. Upon questioning, the child was able to reveal that the person who assaulted her was Earl Parchue, a villager known to the family. Parchue has been charged for aggravated assault.
