More Charges for Lenny Bennett

Just a little over one month after twenty one year old gunshot victim Christina Zetina had to have her leg amputated, the man responsible for it had the charge against him upgraded. On Monday Lenny Bennett was charged for maim. Bennett, who is on remand, was sent back to jail until the middle of next month. Bennett had been charged with attempted murder originally, but the charge of maim has now been substituted.

In related news, Zetina has also warned the public to be wary of persons who are falsely soliciting money in her name.
