A pair of cousins, Derrick and Kenrick Parham are in police lockdown tonight. Tomorrow they will be charged for the murder of 32 year old Mahogany Heights resident Orlando Montero. They have relatives in Mahogany Heights and often stay there for days at a time. Eyewitnesses tell police they are the ones who got into an argument with Montero on the last bus at 10:00 on Thursday night and then chased him down the highway. They caught up with him on the side of the road about 100 yards from the bus stop and stabbed him multiple times.
Montero’s body was found the next morning and police launched their search for the Parham brothers who are well known and much feared in the small community. On Saturday police caught Kenrick Parham at a Belize City address and this morning they found derrick hiding out at another address. They will be taken to court tomorrow and charged for Montero’s murder.
