Murder in Valley of Peace

The 95th murder of 2008 occurred in Valley of Peace on Tuesday night December 30th. The victim is 33 year old Salvadoran national Arthuro Romero. He was chopped to death with a machete and received wounds to the right cheek, the left side of his neck, his back, and his right upper arm. He was chopped to death sometime around 7:50 on Tuesday after an argument in the village. Police have charged 38 year old Edelio Rios, 70 year old Jose Leon Acosta, and 41 year old Jose de Jesus pending charges.
