Twenty seven year old Lacey Rosales was stabbed eight times – that’s what a post mortem revealed today. But it also showed that she also put up a fight: there were also bruises to both her knees and there were defensive wounds that hopefully will lead investigators to the killer. The examination concluded that she died as a result of bronchial aspiration caused by a massive amount of blood that accumulated inside her windpipe.
The brutal attack and murder occurred around five on Tuesday morning. Only five minutes earlier Rosales had sent a text message to her mom. The homicide remains a mystery because all indications are that nothing was stolen from the victim.
