It’s a popular riverside bar hideaway off mile four and a half on the Northern Highway but a pair of armed robbers found the Bayview Oasis Bar on Sunday night.

Owner Otto Peterson told police that at around 10:00 when he was closing up two masked men, one carrying a gun, the other a knife stormed into the bar, took the bartender’s cell phone, $200 in cash from him and other assorted items. Those items included Petterson’s key for his Previa minivan which they drove off in. No one has been charged.
