Another Lionfish Captured in San Pedro

And then, there were two....that’s the story at the Hol Chan Marine Reserve Office in San Pedro where tonight, two Lionfish are on display after a second one was caught on Sunday.

According to the San Pedro Sun, on Sunday, two tour guides, Horace Bladen and Wayne Cumberbatch, caught the Lionfish at Shark Ray Alley. It is slightly larger than the one caught on Friday in the shallow water at Xaman Ek. Both specimens are in good health and being kept in the aquarium for observation and as a public awareness display.

So far, three Lionfish caught so far; these are the only two live ones.
