The death is still under investigation and has not been ruled a suicide. Dr. Estradabran however says there was no evidence of foul play.
Dr. Mario Estradabran,
“According to the police investigation, they found the body hanging by a telephone wire so when I reached there, the body was already on the ground. I did an external examination on the body and then I saw the telephone cord around the neck, totally tied, strongly tied and the body revealed a moderate to advanced state of decomposition and signs of hanging.
When I am writing under investigation besides the main diagnosis is because the case is not closed because the police have to do their investigation and find out the reason why he decided to commit that offence.”
Kevin Jex turned 17 on Saturday -the day he went missing. The family notes with some concern that teams of heavily armed police officers forced them to bury the body yesterday.
