Last we told you about the trigger happy security guard at the Esso Ramon’s Service Station on the Northern Highway who shot two men on Friday night. 46 year old Ignacio Reyes says that the two men pulled up in a car and demanded gas. The gas station was already closed and Reyes told police the men then approached him in a threatening manner. He then pulled out his licensed 9 milimeter pistol and fired two shots. He hit Thomas Garcia in the left side of his rib cage and Jose Gonzalez in his buttocks and abdomen. After reviewing the surveillance video, police concluded that the shooting wasn’t justified and today they charged Reyes with two counts of grievous harm. He pled not guilty and released on bail of $2,000.
