Police have a recording of yesterday’s brazen armed hold-up at GS Com but today Police Press Officer Clement Palacio told 7News they have no leads in the case and they aren’t pursing any specific suspect. Nigeli Sosa, the company’s manager and owner confirmed to 7News that while they are unable to say just how much money was stolen they believe it is somewhere between two to three thousand dollars.

Around two thirty yesterday afternoon Sosa was inside her office when two men strode in. One had a stocking over his face and carried a thirty eight revolver. The other wore dark sunglasses with a cap and pulled out what looks like a 9 milimeter pistol pointed it at her and demanded money.

The surveillance camera picks up the robbery in progress as seen here in this video. It shows Nigeli Sosa being pushed in the back by the gunman as she is rushed behind the front desk and behind the cash register. Sosa says fearing for her life she opened the cash registers and handed over an undisclosed amount of cash which was proceeds from the days sales. After the gunman got all he could and stuffed the stolen cash into a yellow manila envelope Sosa remained behind the counter while the video captures the armed robber walking back out in front of the desk and up to a column where he looks to the rear building.

Shortly after a female employee with both hands in the air is shown walking out with the other gunman behind. Sosa probably fearing for her worker’s life is then seen picking up other items while the gunman continues to threaten her and loosely brandishing the pistol. The female employee is then seen being pushed by the other gunman back to the rear of the building. Nigeli Sosa is then seen being physically pushed to the back of the building as the gunmen leave.

According to Sosa she along with the female employee, their security officer and two customers were then ordered to get on the floor. During the hold-up and the robbery GS Com security guard Ryan Leslie was also relieved of two cell phones and two stun guns. According to Sosa as the gunmen left the building one of them shouted at her to count to one hundred and then get up as the robbers slipped away un-noticed. Again, police say they have no leads.
