Yesterday we told you about four murders that happened over the weekend. Tonight there is not much new to report.
There has been no arrest in the murder of 35 year old Shelmadine Sanchez - who was killed on Friday night not far from her home on Oleander Street. She had received threats about testimony in an upcoming murder trial, but we are told police are not directly looking at the person implicated in that trial who is on remand.
And, for the murder of 56 year old Ivan Francis who was killed at his residence on Sunday night not far away from where Shelmadine Sanchez was killed no arrests have been made.
And so too in the case of Ian Arnold who was killed in front of his home on Berkeley Street.
But things are a little different in the case if 14 year old Helen Yue, the second form student of Edward P York high school. As we told you earlier there have been no arrests, but sources say police have a suspect and are hoping that by the end of this week they will bring charges for her murder and the shooting of her father....
