Yesterday Doctors John Gough and Ervin Gabourel appeared in Corozal Magistrate's court to be arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct for a brawl at the Santa Elena border. But they were not arraigned, because the case was moved to the Belize City court.
So today 45 year old Gabourel and 38 year old Gough, who were formally charged with disorderedly conduct when they appeared before Chief Magistrate Margaret McKenzie.
She offered each of them a bail of $200.00 dollars which they met, and told them to go to Corozal Magistrate's Court for trial on October 11.
Dr. Gabourel was represented by attorney Dickie Bradley, while Dr Gough was represented by Ellis Arnold.
