ACP Sexual Assault Investigation Concludes

Assistant Commissioner of Police Noel Leal remains under investigation in a case of sexual assault.

7news has confirmed that the investigation concluded today with the taking of a statement from Leal.

The case file will now be handed over to the DPP to await her decision. Leal is accused of taking a female employee form the police ministry for lunch on Friday and groping her on the way back to work.

He is the third in Command and has 26 years in the department.
